Gina Chan

Gina Chan joined GHSP in 2023, serving as Chief Financial Officer and overseeing all financial activities. She enjoys the challenge of reinvigorating organizations to enhance overall profitability, driving sustainable process improvements, and establishing a culture of excellence.

Prior to joining GHSP, Gina spent 20+ years in the automotive industry working at Continental and Eaton. She has held numerous roles, increasing in responsibility across multiple business areas. A cross-function transition in 2011 provided a pivotal entry into finance and controlling. Controllers Akademie (In Germany) provided a strong foundation, as she developed skills and leadership in business controlling, P&L Responsibility, and as VP of Finance.

Gina has a variety of interests, including volunteering at the Care House of Oakland County and Grace Centers of Hope. She is also a globetrotter with her Fiancé, Mark, and has had recent adventures to the Philippines and South Africa. Gina is a superfan to her two daughters, whose activities involve music and sports.
