Josh Roberts

Josh joined GHSP in 2024 and leads our multi-site HR team across the United States and Mexico, driving alignment between HR functions and business objectives. He directs strategic initiatives for talent development, supports business transformation, and cultivates GHSP’s employer brand to align with our growth strategy. 

Josh earned his BA in Business and Human Resource Management from Western University’s Haworth School of Business.    

Josh brings over 25 years of progressive Human Resources experience in the automotive, healthcare, and pharmaceutical industries. His career is marked by accomplishments in employee relations, employment law, policy development, leadership, performance management, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining GHSP, Josh held key HR management positions at GNS North America, Shape Corp., Spectrum Health (now Corewell Health), and Perrigo. 

A native of West Michigan, Josh enjoys time with his wife and three children.
