GHSP Welcomes Rubuán Noé Martínez Berumen as Vice President of Operations

[Holland, Michigan] - GHSP, a leading global supplier of advanced technology and innovative solutions for the automotive industry, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rubuán Noé Martínez Berumen as Vice President of Operations, effective July 8, 2024.  Rubuán will be based in the Saltillo, MX manufacturing facility and will manage all North American operations.  In his role at GHSP, Rubuán will help strengthen the Saltillo team, as well as manage the operations of all US plants. 

Rubuán has 17 years of operations leadership experience working with global automotive suppliers.  His rich experience includes successful turnarounds, efficient handling of large teams, successful launches on time for various customers, and strategic growth in many different countries.

Rubuán spent the last seven years with PO Lighting (formerly Varroc Lighting Systems) as Operations Region Americas Director, where he successfully managed operations in Monterrey, México, Sorocaba, Brazil, and Hendersonville, USA. He led positive turnarounds of multiple sites by restoring discipline, implementing efficient systems, and focusing on team development.  Before joining PO Lighting, Rubuán spent ten years with Magneti Marelli, working in both Automotive Lighting and Powertrain divisions. 

Rubuán earned his BS Degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico de Durango (MX).
